Warranty
The warranty details for all J&Y aquarium glass products and cabinetry are provided. There are no other expressed or implied warranties from J&Y aquarium.
J&Y Aquarium guarantees your product against any flaws in materials and craftsmanship for a duration of 12 months, starting from the initial purchase date. J&Y Aquarium will mend or substitute the product at no cost using new or reconditioned components. Any harm to the aquarium itself is not encompassed. Our warranty is exclusively applicable to the original buyer and requires presentation of purchase evidence for warranty assistance. J&Y Aquarium's warranty solely addresses malfunctions arising from material or craftsmanship defects during regular usage. Our warranty will not encompass or suggest malfunctions stemming from misuse, disregard, adjustments, improper installations, shipping-related damage, changes, or amendments.

J&Y shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or arising from a breach of this warranty. In the USA some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusion or limitations may not apply.
